Dedication and Commitment, Women’s elegance. Interview notes of operation department of Jingta group. 
      Operation department (OP) is acting the functions of risk controlling, and making the firewall for our group. OP, now composed by all the girls, but they have tough style of working. OP, as the traditional department, they have good success, and they are writing gorgeous chapter of showing women’s elegance. They grow up together with the development of group, step by step, till the brilliant of today. Recently, administration made an interview of OP, now, let’s share the journey of the heart with them. 
      Anna Cheng, manager of OP. She carries on the rigorous and professional as she worked in previous state owned enterprise, but also composed together with efficient and flexible of private company. As the leader of this department, she combined all the sisters of this department. 
      When I just joined in our company, I feel the style of high efficiency. Before in my previous enterprise, we need to apply one by one to different managers, if one manager is not in, then we need to wait. But it is different here, we can use phone, internet or other ways to contact and apply for, efficient but also controlling risk, which gave me a deep impression. 
      Along with the development of company, we have more colleagues joined in our department, we have more force than before. Our characters are simple and complementary, so we have had good time with each other. We understand each other during the job, and help each other whenever who met problem, and we will overcome together. Just this is the friendship, which make us owning leadership, harmony and efficient. 
      No matter which position, firstly we need to learn and do from the base. Our job is to keep the quality of job, no mistake, no risk. We didn’t learn law before, and we also don’t have the system financial and international trade knowledge, so we need to try to learn more during the job, using spare time. We have a common idea that, we are the final firewall of the company, so every condition, every word, even every number has relationship with company’s profit. It is hard for market department to develop the market, and business department is also working hard for orders. So, we cannot let any mistake by us to stop their job. 
Using this chance, I want to thank every sister, thanks for the understanding, and support each other. 
      Lucia Lu, as the senior worker of this department, do the hard work always, open and clear, everyone likes her in this company, and also, she is the teacher of us. 
      I was working in a suit company before. So firstly, when I joined in this company, I am not familiar with steel or iron ore business. But other sisters helped me a lot to be familiar with related products and business. During the years in company, I met many problems, so here, I want to thank for my elder sister, Anna Cheng, I learn a lot from her, professional skills, knowledge, and most of important, I learn the rules of life. 
The personality of the team is determined by the leader. We are so united and efficient, think for our company, because Anna has the leadership and never care for what they do. No matter when and who met the problem, Anna is helping everyone. If there is any new condition or new issue, Anna always take this into her responsibility, study hard, and teach others. Sometimes import business is busy,                 sometimes export, but no matter what, Anna will offer to help. From contract review, making documents, copy, or other jobs, she will guide and do by herself. She sometimes work into the night and never cares. I remembered in the spring festival of one year, everyone was in the holiday and went back hometown. But she was still in the office, even the first day of lunar new year, she was still in. Because of this simple, dedication, commitment, we admire her. 
      Anna Cheng is paying attention to details in the job, but she is also warm to everyone. Everyone has different personality, so Cheng will use different style during the job arrangement. Our job need to connect to other department, so sometimes we will have different opinions when we are facing problem. At that time, Cheng is always insist the regulation, and explain patiently, and solve the problem, which also gain the acknowledgement of all the company. 
      Liu Zhenzhen, also she joined the company for not long time, but she is still suitable for this department. She has already taking the style of the whole department as herself, dedication and high efficient. 
During the years I worked in Jingta, I have my business knowledge more mutual, and have better cooperation with other departments. The longer I worked, I feel more responsibility from us. There is one day in the night at 10pm, Anna Cheng still considered the job and planed the next day’s job, which left me a deep impression. And another time, Anna’s boy was sick, but she is still insisting on the job until the teacher of the boy called her and she went back home immediately. But she went back job from the hospital before the job time finish and work overtime. Anna is always taking company into the fist role and the team and department the first role, dedication and commitment. And Lucia, come very early and go home very late and always work overtime. And xiaotong, study very hard in the job, so all of this, I can see the bright tomorrow of our company. 
      Wang xiaotong, a girl born after 90’s, dynamic, hard-working, positive, which changed our opinion of 90’s. 
      I am the 90’s, work not so long, and I wasn’t care and study so much during the previous practice. But after I joined in Jingta, I really felt the regular, hard work and dedication. In the beginning, I have no so much patience for myself, and did some job which is not related international trade, but in the last, I found, the teacher is very important for us. I am the youngest, so sisters in this department are my teachers, they face me patient and teach me all the things, I learn really a lot from them. 
      An hongyan, is the new blood of this department. 
      I think this company is a company with humanity, and think about staff everywhere, and I feel more about our student aid association. 
      Everyone is positive and do the job very hardly. So, the OP is the hub of the whole company, they are solving every document with client, shipping agency, bank, CCPIT and others. Their job is so much, and require high quality job. I am so happy to be one part of this department. 
      Although there was no prior communication, but everyone of OP told me the same words in the end of interview: we are just doing our job, thank for each other, and thank for giving a good platform for us. We will work hard and wish company more strength.
      After this interview, I admire and moved. And I also found why this department could be rank number 1 every time.
